My name is Nolan Kowalchuk and I, along with my wife, Ines Kowalchuk, are the owners of Kowalchuk Airdrie Real Estate Rentals.
At Kowalchuk Airdrie Real Estate Rentals, our motto is to provide high-end, quality rentals to those who are looking for great accommodations. We only provide rental accommodations that are clean, safe, modern, have access to recreational and lifestyle activities, and have ease of access to all the major surrounding communities like Calgary, Balzac, Didsbury, Carstairs, Red Deer, and surrounding areas.
Our accommodations are high-end, luxurious homes that are professionally managed in-house by me, Nolan Kowalchuk. My philosophy has always been to purchase new homes that offer all modern amenities. I take care of these homes as if I was living in each and every one of them, practicing a very sound maintenance protocol that allows me to offer proactive management of these accommodations and to be pro-active in preventing problems before they occur. This way, as an occupant, you do not have to worry about problems with your rental home and are thus able to focus your energies on better things, like spending time with family and enjoying all the wonderful recreational and entertainment activities that the Airdrie and Calgary have to offer.

The Kowalchuk Family
Originally from Willingdon, Alberta, I moved into Calgary in 1997. It was in 2000 that I married Ines and in 2004 we had our son, Carson. We started Kowalchuk Airdrie Real Estate Rentals in 2003 by purchasing our first property in the Stonegate area of Airdrie in 2003. At that time we resided in Calgary, but always liked what Airdrie had to offer.
Though we lived in Calgary we would regularly find ourselves drawn to Airdrie to shop due to the simple convenience of it. We found it was easy to get to, the crowds were less than Calgary’s, and the people that we came across were genuinely friendly. We have always thought of Airdrie as a smaller community that has family values and that offers a bit of the rural lifestyle that I had been accustomed to growing up in rural Alberta.
Some of my career accomplishments include receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alberta – Augustana Campus, a Bachelor of Management specializing in Finance, and a University of Calgary Marketing Certificate. Ines completed her Bachelor of Education degree at the University of Calgary and is a school teacher in the Catholic school system. Ines and I moved to Airdrie in 2011 and thoroughly enjoy the community which we are happy to now call home.
